How to Apply

STEP 1 - Submit Rental Application(s)

On our vacancies page, click APPLY NOW next to the home you want to rent.

  • Complete the application

  • Attach a drivers license

  • Attach proof of income (Or attach in Step 2)

  • Pay the application fee

 

Have each adult repeat this process.

 

 

 

STEP 2 - Daily Status Report

If your application(s) are missing anything, our system will email you a daily reminder of what's missing.

  • If the email requests income or an ID, use the link in the email to upload or click here to upload.

  • If the email requests an application for a co-applicant, have them submit an application the same way you did... on our vacancies page.

 

 

 

STEP 3 - Background checks

We do not pull background checks until we have a 100% submission for the applicant group:

  1. One application per adult

  2. Valid government ID per adult

  3. Proof of income that exceeds the requirements on the How to Qualify page

 

 

 

STEP 4 - Application Processing

Once the background checks are received and reviewed, you’ll receive an email with the results:

 

  • If Approved: The text will include a link to request a lease.

     

  • If Denied:

    • We are not authorized to discuss specific reasons for denial.

    • View your background check online using the link sent to your email.

    • If you have any questions about the info on the background check, you can contact Appfolio Consumer Relations at www.appfolio.com/consumer or by phone: (866) 359-3630. They may refer you to contact:

      • Experian at (800) 493-1058 or

      • The governing law enforcement agency.
